Upstate Medical University's Office of Innovation & Partnerships, a.k.a. Technology Transfer supports Upstate's mission of improving the health of the communities it serves by facilitating the commercialization of healthcare and biomedical research innovations.

Nicholas Querques, the Vice President of Innovation and Partnerships, leads the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide technology, business solutions, and programs to advance and track SUNY's progress against new measures of SUNY's economic impact as well as facilitates all intellectual property, commercialization and business development operations across the enterprise.
