Validation of Humanized Immune System Mice as a Model for Human Innate Immune Response
The development of complex humanized immune system (HIS) mice addresses the disparities in immunological signaling cascades and the innate immune response between mice and humans that may lead to non-translatable results. With predominant success in immuno-oncology applications, HIS mice are now showing promising potential in autoimmune disease studies. Join us for this free webinar presentation which delves into the effective utilization of a human-specific TLR4 agonist in HIS mice, providing a platform for drug discovery focused on the human innate response.
